Requirements
- Valid Texas Security License (Level II or Level III for armed)
- 2+ years security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred

We are looking for a detail-oriented Intelligence Analyst to support threat assessments, background investigations, OSINT collection, and analytical reporting for government and private clients. Strong writing skills and analytical rigor required.
Requirements
- B.A./B.S. in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or related
- 2+ years analytical experience (government, military, or private sector)
- Proficiency in OSINT tools and research methodologies
- Strong written communication — experience producing intelligence products
- Active or eligible Secret clearance strongly preferred · MENA knowledge a plus
Lugals is recruiting native-level Arabic speakers for DOD and federal agency support roles. Linguists will provide translation, interpretation, and cultural advisory services in support of government missions. CONUS and OCONUS positions available depending on contract requirements.
Requirements
- Native or near-native Arabic fluency (Iraqi, Levantine, MSA, or Gulf dialect)
- English proficiency — minimum ILR Level 3
- Prior DOD linguist experience (Category I, II, or III preferred)
- Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance required for most positions
- Cultural knowledge of Iraq, Syria, Gulf states, or MENA region
Seeking experienced investigators for fraud, background check, due diligence, and OSINT investigation assignments. Investigators conduct fieldwork and research, and produce professional written reports. Texas PI license required for in-state fieldwork.
Requirements
- Texas Private Investigator license (or reciprocal state license)
- 3+ years investigation experience (law enforcement, insurance, corporate, or federal)
- Strong report writing and documentation skills
- Proficiency in investigative databases and OSINT tools
- Clean background — comprehensive vetting required
Lugals is expanding its federal contracting portfolio and seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to identify contract opportunities, build relationships with contracting officers and primes, and grow our federal presence as an SDVOSB.
Requirements
- 3+ years federal BD or GovCon experience
- Experience with SAM.gov, GovWin, FPDS, and federal procurement portals
- Understanding of SDVOSB/small business set-aside contracting
- Experience writing capability statements and federal proposals
- DOD or federal agency background a significant plus
