Anthony Cortany, M.A.
Anthony Cortany brings 17 years of expertise spanning security operations, intelligence analysis, and investigative services. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Studies, a Bachelor’s Degree in Homeland Security, and is currently pursuing a PhD — combining deep academic grounding with extensive field experience. He founded Lugals in 2018 with the mission of delivering intelligence-grade investigative and security services to clients who demand the highest standard of professionalism.

Our team draws on backgrounds in federal law enforcement, military intelligence, private sector security, and geopolitical analysis.
The name Lugals draws from the ancient Sumerian word for “great man” — a symbol of authority, leadership, and uncompromising strength. Our motto, INVICTUS (unconquered), reflects our commitment to never backing down from the truth.
Since 2018, we have conducted over 340 investigations, published 89 intelligence reports, and served clients across 12 countries.
